We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Worldwellness Medstore Inc. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, medical, hygiene, or perishable products are non-returnable once opened.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@wwmedstore.com with your order number.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund your order at no additional cost.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
